Looking for Certified Dietary Supervisor (SNF), to assist in planning, organizing, and directing the Food Service Department programs and activities.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supervisory capacity within hospital, nursing care facility or other medical facility
- Must be registered as a Certified Dietary Supervisor
- Must pass the criminal background check
- Must be knowledgeable of Food Service practices and procedures
- Training in cost control, food management. Diet therapy is required.
